In individual sessions with you, Judith:
- Listens carefully to your language about changes you’ve experienced and what you want.
- Chooses specifically designed processes for your individual needs,
- Helps you identify needed internal and external resources,
- Helps you create realistic timelines for action steps toward changes, and
- Models language use for effective and long-lasting changes in your life.
Provides, if desired, “walking” change sessions in which we walk and talk.
Your first session with her is a free short consultation during which you will discuss a plan of 2-4 more sessions. You will find yourself experiencing profound changes in anywhere from the consultation to the fifth session.
